About Lohn Caulder LLP

Lohn Caulder is an independent firm of Chartered Accountants, formed in 1978. We are the Vancouver representative of BKR International, an international affiliation of accounting firms, having offices in the principal business centres of the world.

The partners of the firm are Kelly G. Lohn, C.A. and Gordon S. Caulder, C.A. Both of these individuals are income tax specialists, having spent several years prior to forming the firm at major multi-national Chartered Accounting firms.

Currently there are 23 staff members employed by the Firm, of which 8 are fully qualified Chartered Accountants, and the remainder articled C.A. students and support staff.

The Firm operates from its own building within the central business district of the City of Vancouver. All major office towers and transit systems are within easy walking distance of the building.

Over the years the firm has built a substantial clientele, with particularly high representation in the following fields:

• health care
• legal services
• manufacturing and distribution
• sales agencies
• printing and graphics
• computer and software sales and development
• publicly-traded corporations developing new markets and products
• non-profit organizations

Due to the growing international nature of Vancouver's economy, many of our clients maintain business interests and operations in other countries. Conversely, many of our clients are owned by foreign interests.
