Co-op Positions – Fall 2024 (Corporate Taxation)

Job Description:

You are a bright, driven, and motivated student looking to seize opportunities and launch a successful career path before you even graduate. You’ve learned a thing or two at school and now you want to apply that knowledge in a real-work environment while honing your skills. Performance Expectations:

  • Prepare T2s, working papers, and other various accounting tax related tasks
  • Provide bookkeeping assistance when required
  • Communicate with senior team members regarding progress of engagements
  • Contribute to the culture of Lohn Caulder through teamwork
  • Build positive working relationships with clients and respond to requests and suggestions

Credentials:

  • Currently enrolled in a post-secondary institution pursuing an undergraduate degree with an emphasis on accounting
  • Strong English communication skills – written and verbal
  • Proficient computer literacy including effective working skills of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • A positive “can do” approach
  • Works effectively in a team environment
